The registration deadline for each event may vary from course to course, but generally our registration deadline will be 8 days in advance.

If you see an event listed as ‘CLOSED’, and you wish to play, please email info@vancouvergolftour.com with your intent to play and our team will reply if space is available and will open up registration for you to register through your profile.

  1. Please note that a $10 charge for Professionals may be in effect for some of our winter tour events for some of the courses that require a $10 donation to their Junior Program in lieu of a green fee.  This amount is included in your Professional Entry Fees and will reflect in the purse reducing by that amount per player.

  1. Event Field Sizes

For a majority of Winter Tour events a full field will consist of 72 players (with exception to the Tour Championship at 100)

  • For events where Pros and Amateurs are invited, the first 20 pros and 52 amateurs to sign up for each event will make up the field.  If the host golf course has limited field sizes, the first 20 pros and balance of amateurs will make up the field.
  • For Amateur only weekend events, the first 72 Amateur members to register will make up the field.
  • If by the deadline (8 days out), the field is not filled with either pros or amateurs, we will allow the balance of the field to consist of any amateurs or pros waiting.
  • For all events, members will have priority registration until 8 days out.  Non-members are always welcome and will be admitted into the field as long as the events are not full with members as of 8 days out.
