  5. Out of Bounds: Out of bounds is defined by the following:
    1. White stakes and boundary fences
    2. In the absence of white stakes or boundary fences, the boundary is defined by the inside paved edge of any public roads.
  6. Dropping Zone: If a ball is in the yellow penalty area on holes #3 and/or #4 on the RED COURSE, including when it is known or virtually certain that a ball that has not been found came to rest in the penalty area, the player has these relief options, each for penalty of one penalty stroke:
    1. Take relief under Rule 17.1; or

If a tie still exists, the final result will be determined by matching scorecards, comparing scores from the hardest handicap holes in order as they appear on the scorecard. The player who scored the lower net score on the No.1 handicap hole, followed by the No.2 handicap hole (if necessary) will be declared the winner.
  9. Tied Match: If a match is tied after the final hole, the match must not be extended. The final result will be determined by matching scorecards, comparing scores from the hardest handicap holes in order as they appear on the scorecard. The player who scored the lower combined net score on the two No.1 handicap holes, followed by the No.2 handicap holes (if necessary) will be declared the winner.
