Chilliwack Golf Club is proud to present the 2025 Chilliwack Men's Open, taking place on July 12 & 13, 2025!
Thanks to the continued support of players, sponsors, and fans, this event has become a must attend tournament for top professionals across British Columbia and holds the distinction of being the longest-running amateur tournament in the province.
REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Entries will be accepted until Monday, July 7, 2025, or until the field is full.
Please note: No refunds will be issued after 12:00 PM on Monday, July 7, 2025.

The Tournament Draw will be available Tuesday, July 8, 2025 @ 6:00PM.
Please check back on the Friday afternoon or evening prior to the tournament for any potential changes to the draw. While we strive to keep adjustments to a minimum, some changes may be unavoidable. It is each player’s responsibility to arrive well in advance of their scheduled tee time.
Round two tee times will be posted once all scores have been finalized on Saturday evening. We kindly ask that you avoid calling the Golf Shop that evening, as call volume is typically very high.
TOURNAMENT DAY REGISTRATION:
Registration for the 2025 Chilliwack Men's Open will open at 6:00 AM on Saturday, July 12th and will remain open until the final participant has checked in. Registration will take place in the Creekside Lounge. An ATM is available on-site if needed.
During registration, players will have the opportunity to purchase:
Raffle Tickets – $20 for a chance to win a variety of prizes
Gross Skins Game – $40 total ($20 per round)
Breakfast will be available starting at 6:00 AM on both tournament days.
TRAVIS MATHEW EXPERIENCE RETURNS!
We are excited to welcome back the Travis Mathew Experience for this year’s tournament. All amateur participants will receive a gift card to use toward an item (or items) of your choice at the Travis Mathew Trailer.
Tee gifts will be available for pickup on Saturday evening during the tournament party only.
Please note: It is your responsibility to collect your gift at that time, no alternate pickup times will be available.
If you are unable to attend the Saturday night party, we recommend giving your gift card to someone who can select and collect your tee gift on your behalf.
CADDIES:
Caddies are permitted at the 2025 Chilliwack Men's Open.
LIVE SCORING:
For Live Scoring purposes, one player per group will be assigned to keep the group’s scores on their smart phone through the Golf Genius app. The log-in code (GGID) is a six letter code listed, this will be provided on Saturday morning at registration. Use this code to log-in through the app under “GGID” and your group’s scorecard will appear on your phone. There is nominal data used (a few 100 kb’s).
All players are required to keep a scorecard and keep their own score even if they are scoring for their partner on the app. If they do not have the app, they must keep their playing partner’s score on top part of the card, and their own on the bottom of the card.
In cases where not all players in a group can score on the app, we will nominate one player to keep all 4 scores on the app for the group.
In fairness to the field regarding LIVE SCORING, if a group fails to enter scores on the mobile app, they will not be allowed to access their phones or mobile devices at any time during the round other than for emergency phone call purposes. Failure to adhere will result in a one-time warning per season. A second and any successive breach will result in a one-shot penalty per breach.
For 2025 we will be providing live scorers on Sunday afternoon for our leading groups. Live scorers will ensure the correct scores are being entered by each player (number of groups is dependent on how many volunteers are available).

Pin sheets will be available by 12:00 PM the day before the tournament and will also be handed out at registration.

TOURNAMENT PACE OF PLAY:
Chilliwack Golf Club has instructed the Vancouver Golf Tour "Rules Officials" to enforce the tournament "Time Par." Failure for tournament participants to follow the set "Time Par" will result in penalties being issued. Tournament "Time Par" guidelines are located in the Supplemental Local Rules.
FRIDAY NIGHT SHOOTOUT:
Join us for an exciting 3-Ball KP Shootout on the 4th hole, kicking off at 5:00 PM! The first 32 registered tournament participants will go head-to-head in a randomly-seeded bracket.
Format: 3-ball closest-to-the-pin, with the lowest total aggregate distance advancing to the next round
Prizing: Top 3 competitors will receive payouts
Extras: Enjoy music, a drink station, and more throughout the event!
Important: You must be a registered tournament participant to take part in the Friday Night Shootout. Spots are limited to the first 32 entrants, do not miss out!

TOURNAMENT FOOD & BEVERAGE:
All tournament participants will receive one meal and one drink voucher per day, generously provided by Sleeman Brewery. Vouchers may be redeemed before or after your round.
We kindly ask that after finishing your meal, you please make your seat available for other participants.
Meal Service Details:
Breakfast: Available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday) in the Creekside Lounge.
Lunch/Dinner:
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Creekside Lounge
Sunday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the Canex Pavilion
SATURDAY NIGHT PARTY:
We are excited to announce that the Saturday Night Party is back and will once again be held at the Canex Pavilion in 2025. Enjoy an evening of great food and drinks, with various food and beverage stations set up throughout the venue.
Doors open at 6:00 PM
Dinner service begins at 6:30 PM
Do not forget to wear your wristband and bring your drink tickets to gain entry and enjoy the festivities.
HOLE IN ONE COMPETITIONS: Presented by Hub International Insurance
We are thrilled to have Hub International Insurance back as the sponsor of our Hole-In-One competitions! Players will have four chances each day, Saturday and Sunday, to win $10,000 for a hole-in-one.
We have got our fingers crossed that one of our amateur golfers walks away with a big payday!
Bonus: If a hole in one is made, the prize opportunity automatically renews for the remaining players.
