The Pro/Junior Golf Classic
Date
The event will be contested on Thursday August 13th, 2015 and will be an official point event for the John H. Davis Cup Standings.
Host Course
The host golf course for 2015 will be Lowville Golf Club located in North Burlington in the small
town of Lowville. Lowville Golf Club has been a regular stop and large supporter of the Hamilton/Halton Junior Golf
Tour. Short yardage by modern standards, Lowville is nestled into the Niagara Escarpment and offers a true test to all golfers with it's fast sloping greens and undulating fairways.

Time
The tee times will start at 7:45am. Players are asked to check in with the starter on the first tee 10 minutes
prior to their starting time. Tee times will be available 48 hours prior to the event.
Field Size
The field will be made up of and not limited to 24 professionals and 48 juniors. The Professional golfers will be comprised from 2015 Golden Horseshoe Tour Membership and past Alumni of the Hamilton/Halton Junior Golf Tour. Junior Golfers will be registered in a first come first serve setting off the 2015 Hamilton/Halton Junior Golf Tour membership.
Format
Teams of three will be the major change for 2015. Teams will see one professional and 2 juniors compete in a team challenge.
There will be two formats being contested throughout the day. There will be a Team Modified Stableford Point competition and an
Individual Modified Stableford Point competition for both professionals and juniors.
Points: bogey=1pt par=2pts birdie=4pts eagle=8pts dbleagle=10pts
The Team that combines for the most points will be deemed the Team Champions.
The Individual that compiles the most points will be deemed the Individual Champion.
Teams will be chosen by random draw on Monday August 10th, 2015
